資料在你自己的裝置與你自己的 iCloud 帳號裡（見隱私政策）。你可隨時在設定中完整匯出。 刪除 App 即刪除這台裝置上的所有資料——請先匯出，或確認 iCloud 備份／同步是開著的。
在法律允許的最大範圍內，Evertend 不對因使用或無法使用本 App（含提醒未送達） 所生的任何損害負責。通知能否送達受 iOS 系統設定（勿擾模式、專注模式、通知權限）影響。
Evertend is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and makes no medical judgments. All medication information is entered by you; always follow your doctor's and pharmacist's instructions.
Evertend Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your App Store account, cancellable anytime in Settings. Medication reminders do not require a subscription.
Your data lives on your own devices and in your own iCloud account (see the Privacy Policy). You can export everything at any time. Deleting the app deletes all data on that device — export first, or make sure iCloud backup or sync is on.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evertend is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app, including undelivered reminders. Notification delivery is subject to iOS settings (Focus, Do Not Disturb, permissions).
